Josephine Bojang

Guiding others to achieve happiness and success is at the core of Josephine’s purpose and passion. She has spent her career helping others achieve this while earning their trust and confidence as she advised them on their future path, whether personally or from a business perspective.

As a child of immigrant parents, Josephine witnessed firsthand the hard work and long hours that her parents and other family members dedicated to their business with very little time devoted to planning the financial security and future for their family. While this experience helped shape the strong work ethic, importance of perseverance and determination she holds near and dear to her heart, Josephine also saw the negative impacts that lack of planning could have on a family and future generations. This is the main reason she decided to pursue her career helping others achieve financial freedom and happiness.

After decades of working in the financial services industry in various leadership roles, Josephine decided to join her husband to pursue their passion of helping others achieve their lifelong financial goals. Josephine was born in Hong Kong and grew up in the Montgomery County, Maryland, area. She graduated from Walter Johnson High School and attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), where she majored in business administration. She and her wonderful husband, Momodou, live in Poolesville, Maryland, with their four beautiful children. When she is not working, Josephine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching her two younger sons play soccer.
