Paulette Waiters

Paulette joins the team with an illustrious career at the federal government and retired in January 2024. She started with the federal government during her senior year in high school and worked at the Social Security Administration. After graduating from Liberty High School in June 1985, she continued to pursue her federal government career while attending Columbia Southern University, majoring in Business Administration. With a strong federal human resources background in recruiting and staffing, she advanced her career as a Senior Human Resources Specialist in many federal government agencies. With a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams, Paulette decided to obtain her life insurance license so she could help families provide protection from life events that could negatively impact their future. She has also been a licensed realtor in the DMV area for the past 15 years.

Paulette is married and devoted to her husband, who is a pastor; together, they have 2 sons, 28 and 20 years old, and 3 grandchildren.
